ABOUT
A Perfectly IMperfect path
If life is a journey, mine’s been a zigzag road through two countries, four states, and fourteen homes—all before turning 21. As the youngest of four, I was equal parts “adorable nuisance” and self-reliant free spirit. Growing up, I learned quickly that new schools and new faces didn’t owe me friendship; I had to figure out how to adapt, bring value, and occasionally survive the chaos of being the “tagalong” sibling.
High school? Let’s call it character-building. I was smart, distracted, and barely graduated. By 21, I found my footing with a degree in English Literature—not because it promised a cushy job, but because I fell in love with how words and stories make sense of the human experience.
I’m a strategist and communicator with a certificate in positive psychology. I’m passionate about lighting people up, sparking fresh perspectives, and helping them embrace their best selves.
I prefer the forest to the trees, football and Seahawks on Sundays, and I laugh more than a little any time I see someone trip—don’t worry, I’ll help them up after.
For me, music makes any moment. If I could read all the books, podcasts, and documentaries , I’d try. For now, I’ll settle for being slightly overcommitted, chasing life with the enthusiasm of Curious George on a caffeine high.
If you’re ready for energy, perspective, and a dash of irreverence, welcome. Let’s make something meaningful together.
Onprpose
Helping leaders communicate with clarity, conviction, and impact.
OnPrpose is a strategy, leadership and communication firm.
We work with leaders navigating complexity, pressure, and visibility, inside their organizations and beyond. Most leaders are experts in what they do. Fewer are equipped to communicate in a way that reflects it.
We close that gap between intention and impact.
And That Changed Everything
That moment. Everything changed.
And That Changed Everything is about those moments — the ones that hit you sideways and quietly (or not so quietly) change everything.
Mary talks with leaders, founders, and interesting humans about what shifted for them… and what stuck.
No scripts. No highlight reel. Just real conversations.
